Founded in the 21st year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1895), it was originally named “Hua Ji Daokou Roast Chicken.”

The shop was renamed Bao Sheng Xiang Roasted Chicken Shop.
1978
From a young age, Bao Gang studied under his father and mastered the art of making roast chicken. After graduating from high school, he officially took over the family’s roast-chicken business.
1992
Upon taking over the business, the fourth-generation heir, Hua Baogang, renamed the shop Hua Baogang Roast Chicken Restaurant and began operating it alongside the original brand name, Baoshengxiang Roast Chicken Shop.
1996
Officially registered the “Huabao Gang” trademark, marking the start of brand-driven development.

Huaxian Daokou Huabao Gang Roasted Chicken Co., Ltd. Established

The old plant area has been completed and put into operation, achieving industrial-scale production.

Mature application of “non-fried” coloring technology wins a bronze award at the International Invention Exhibition.

Construction has commenced on the new plant, with an investment of RMB 250 million.

The new plant has been completed and put into operation, with a designed annual production capacity of 15 million units, marking its entry into the era of intelligent manufacturing.
