Initial Consultation and Site Evaluation

Upon a franchisee’s expression of intent to open a store, the company headquarters dispatches qualified professionals to conduct market research and store-site evaluation, working together to identify high-quality locations.

Contract Signing and Licensing

Enter into a formal Cooperation Agreement; concurrently assist franchisees in completing rental agreement procedures, submitting preliminary applications for business licenses, food business permits, and individual health certificates, and obtaining other required qualifications.

Interior Design and Approval

The company provides a standardized store design and layout guideline. Franchisees shall design their stores in accordance with this guideline and submit renderings; construction may commence only after the company has reviewed and approved the submissions.

Pre-Opening Preparation and Supply Arrangements
