On December 29, experts from the provincial tourism resource survey visited our company for an inspection and research tour, with Assistant Factory Director Chen Xiaohui serving as the host.
The presentation began with the remarkable “form” of the roasted chicken, which so closely resembles a golden ingot, then moved on to the invention of a “non-fried” coloring technique, and concluded with an overview of the operation of the intelligent cooking workshop. Interspersed throughout were vivid accounts of how Huabao Gang Roasted Chicken has evolved from its humble beginnings as a family-run operation that once hawked its wares along the streets, to its current status as a large-scale, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The讲解人员 (presentation staff) provided a detailed and engaging description of the production process and the brand’s development journey. The experts showed particular interest in our chicken sourcing; Assistant Chen explained that the chickens are mature hens, over one and a half years old, procured from our partner farms, subjected to rigorous quarantine inspections upon arrival at the plant, and only after an eight-hour pre-slaughter observation period are they processed for slaughter.
Subsequently, the experts toured our Cultural Plaza. As they stepped onto the plaza, a landmark featuring eight signature dishes immediately caught their eye; the experts gathered around to discuss and savor the rich culinary heritage it embodies. Seen from above, part of the plaza is ingeniously designed in the company’s logo, showcasing a highly creative concept. Moving forward, a display board chronicling the history of Dukou Roast Chicken came into view, narrating the unbroken thread of tradition that has been passed down through the generations.
Following the field study, experts recommended that Huabaogang Roast Chicken should pursue development as a scenic attraction in the future. They noted that Huabaogang Roast Chicken not only boasts a rich cultural heritage and a distinctive production process, but its cultural plaza is also uniquely designed, giving it strong potential to become a tourist destination. Further integration of immersive experience programs—such as hands-on participation in the roast chicken-making process—could deepen its synergy with the cultural and tourism industries, attract more visitors to explore and engage, and thereby unlock new growth opportunities while promoting the sustainable development of the Huabaogang Roast Chicken industry.
